STUDIO 1342 is a beautiful 3500 SF boutique daylight studio with gated privacy, centrally located on La Brea, just North of Pico. Its 40' of West facing windows and 4 large skylights provide ample natural light and also have full black out capability. Adjacent to the window is a 16' cyc wall, flooded with natural light. The studio is equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, make-up/dressing area, client lounge, 200 amps, and has Bates stage pin. A large 10x10' frosted glass roll up door for loading in equipment, also leads you outside to a newly landscaped 5000 SF courtyard and garden. The gardens offer plenty of shoot options and opportunities for lounging. Its parking lot accommodates up to 15 cars and there is ample street parking.
